Summary

The training “Expert in Migrants’ Labour and Social Inclusion” will hold up migrants already resident in a certain hosting country in learning/improving competencies and procedures to guide, accommodate, support, and integrate other migrants when arriving in Europe, based also on their own experiences. 

The course will provide learners with specific competencies regarding:

1. Cultural, psychological, and social skills, general competencies concerning the host country.
   
2. Legislation, rules, and practical competencies in use for access to the labor market for migrants. 
3. Assessment of arriving migrants’ skills.
