The training “Expert in Migrants’ Labour and Social Inclusion” will hold up migrants already resident in a certain hosting country in learning/improving competencies and procedures to guide, accommodate, support, and integrate other migrants when arriving in Europe, based also on their own experiences.The course will provide learners with specific competencies regarding:
- Cultural, psychological, and social skills, general competencies concerning the host country.
- Legislation, rules, and practical competencies in use for access to the labor market for migrants.
- Assessment of arriving migrants’ skills.
- Cultural, psychological, and social skills, general competencies concerning the host country.
